child support
My Ex husband has been paying me child support for 5 years. My lawyer didn't inform me that ammendements were made. He no longer is legally obligated to pay. I am ok with this except because there was no court order for all that time would I be legally responsible to pay it back?

Re: child support
He has a duty to support the child the same as you do. Therefore any money he gave to you for child support. The money would not be repayable.
