Child Support

What it means in a Propose Judgment for Child Support that the Amount to pay monthly is equal to RESERVED.

Reserved means that the court can make an order later. You may have to file a motion to ask the court to do that. Why aren't you asking for guidelines child support to begin immediately? Is the other parent currently unemployed (or in jail)? It might be better if it says that child support may be ordered retroactive to the date when the parent that is paying gets a job. That way you won't loose for the time it takes to get your motion filed. Or, it may say that $xx in support will begin on a certain date unless the paying parent files a motion.
