Child Support Modification
I decided to go to business for myself 2 years ago. I was doing fine and paying my obligated support order for the 1st year, however, my business has no been doing well this last year and as a result I have requested a modication/review. Will my new fiance's income be used to calculate child support since I live with her and she pays most of the bills for now?

Probably not, but the court will likely calculate the support based on imputed income.
