Legal Question in Family Law in California

my child support obligation is $450 per month before i became disable in California, now the SSDI auxiliary for my kid is $1000 per month. do i get the difference back? how do i proceed to start the offset procedure?

File to modify child support, otherwise you will continue to owe the $450 per month, but you will not be entitled to a "refund".
