child support
my 3 year old child sees his dad every tuesday, thursday and stays over every other weekend. if i put him child support how many days would i have my child with me? he doesnt give me money but he has him under his insurance and pays the babysitter every other week.

The court orders payment of a portion of the child care costs incurred for you to work or attend school for vocational education. The amount of child support will depend upon his income and your income and some other factors.

There is no way to know for sure exactly. More facts need to be provided. You will have to file a petition for modification of the existing custody/child support order and then it will be up to the judge unless you and your ex can work it out.
