Legal Question in Family Law in California

child visitation

If girls (ages 5, 8, 17) are to visit their father in another town for a week at a time, shouldn't he have to supply them with a room or at least a bed to sleep on? or is it OK to just let them share a couch (not a sleeper couch) while they visit? My girls have private needs and it seen improper for them to have to be out in the open family area for changing and sleeping.

Re: child visitation

Sleeping as you describe is probably not a problem. However, they should have privacy for dressing etc. The 17 year old is mature enough to request the required privacy and if it is denied to evaluate the situation and determine how serious the situation is and what she needs to feel that her privacy is being protected.
