child visitation
my ex husand visitation is every other weekend for 4 hours sat and sun. when he is mad he threatens to pick up my son from school even thought i said no. I have full legal and physical custody. If he does pick up my son without my permission is this kidnapping? if not can I call the police if my son is not there when i pick him up?

It may or may not be kidnapping, but it would be a violation of a court order. You could call CPS, who could file a criminal complaint, or you could file your own Order to Show Cause for Contempt.
