Legal Question in Family Law in California

our two children were detained by Butte County cps on march 25th 2011 for allegations of failure to protect. Cps has never verified the information they have. We have have done the majority of our clase plan, we are awaiting cps to refer as to counseling. We were very close to having the children returned home when my son told me that is foster parent kicks him. After reporting this to cps they said i coached my son into saying this and have put us back onto square one. What can i do? I feel like I am being punished for ensuring the safety of my child.

thanks

Melissa

If you do not have an attorney assisting you on this compicated and fast moving case, you really need to get that professional help. Court appointed counsel is available on juvenile dependency cases.
