Legal Question in Family Law in California

"I have two children from two differant fathers. Right now I am single and waiting for paternatiy test for my 4 year old son and my 10 month old daughter. I am collecting public benifit (TANF, Medical, and foodstamps) for both children. My 4 year olds father has fought child support for years. My 10 mnths child's father would like to pay for her health insurance and pay child support. Is there any way to take the baby off of my welfare case while leaving my son and I on it?

You should be coordinating this with the Department of Child Support Services. They will work with your social worker to figure it all out, collect from the dads and then provide any additional support you are entitled to.
