community property

If my car is in my wife's name,and we are getting a divorce, how can I get the payments sent to me? and how can the title be in my name?

You need to ask her how to split up the car, and whether it is ok with you if she remove herself from title. Those issues are typically dealt with in a divorce proceeding.
