Legal Question in Family Law in California

Community property

My husband has Bank Of America stock that his parents bought for him and added to over the years. He has never put my name on the stock. We have been married for 22 years. Are the additions and growth on this stock that have occurred since we got married considered community property even though my name is not on the stock? Thank you ---name removed--Lybeck

Re: Community property

Unless community funds were added, probably not. They remain separate property unless he changed them, designated them as community property. Unless information not given, probably not community.
