Legal Question in Family Law in California

Conflict of Interest

Have been dealing with an ex-husband for about 8 years.

1. Most recent ex-parte request denied for 15.9 year old for verbal abuse against ex's fiancee was denied but the fiancee is no longer permitted to discipline child. Child ran away and came to my house and judge agreed that I had ''harbored'' the child even though father was notified immediately about whereabouts. (Apparently the child needs to ''run away'' to police when ex's fiancee abuses her.)

2. Just found out that judge and opposing council are preparing for joint legal seminars starting this week together. How can I make an inquiry into Bar Association for conflict of interest?

Thank you in advance.
