Possible conflict of interest
I am looking to get full custody of my
daughter. We had a hearing in court
recently over a temporary restraining
order due to my daughters allegation
that her father had physically abused
her.
My ex-husband showed up with two
attorney's. I was under the
impression that his attorney was a
woman. Two attorneys showed up an
one of them cross examined my
daughter. He was an attorney that
represented me in my previous
marriage. would this be considered a
conflict of interest?
