Conflict of interest
While my husband and I were going through our divorce he started dating his attorneys secretary/notary. She notarized all of our paperwork and I was never told they were dating. They are now married and rent his attorney's house, this attorney still represents him is this a conflict of interest?

If there is a conflict of interest it would be between him and his attorney/secretary and does not involve you. Unless, of course, you claim that she falsified your signature. She is mere a witness to your signature, from your perspective. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
