contesting insurance policy

I was married to my husband for over tens years and when he died, I just found out that he left his insurance to his son and retirement. what can I do!!!!

You will not receive an answer to you question from any internet site. The general rule is that all earnings during the marriage are community property. It is possible that there is a community property interest in both the insurance and retirement. However, the answer requires that all of the facts of your case be fully explored.
