Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex and I co-own a house, of which I was granted exclusive use (custodianship) by a California court at least until October 2016. I have since let her move back in and I've moved out, just down the street. And now she is barring me from the property. My question is: does my custodial court order still have any power in this situation, and is she allowed to keep me off the property?

In light of the fact you moved out and she moved in would be justification to say that the circumstances have changed significantly to neutralize your current court orders. It seems obvious that you need to return to the family law courts to address the issues raised in your question. Please meet with an experienced family law attorney to explore your legal options.
