Counites

My boyfriend has joint custody with his ex. Niether one can remove the 3 girls from the nine bay area counties without written concent. We need to know what the 9 Bay Area counties are. How do we get that information please.

Check the local court rules for the county in which the court order is made. If the court rules do not set forth the counties, then check the Santa Clara County local family court rules. These rules state the 9 bay area counties. This list should provide a good guide if these counties are not set out in the rules in the county where the court order was made.
