Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have a couple of questions for the FL-150 form. My ex is taking me back to court to modify child support for our 2 children, he is also requesting to squah the child care order and a repayment plan for past due child support, My children are 10 & 7. for the past 3 years we have lived with my boyfriend and we recently had a baby. Now obviously he helps me pay the bills, do I enter the full amount of the bills or just my share which is half.. for example rent is $1015. my share is $507.50 which amount do I enter??? Also for child care I have a nanny that ovbiously takes care of all 3 kids, since there was a court order I have been paying her that amount for my two older children with my ex and my boyfriend and I pay her extra for our baby? how do I enter that? everyhing that we pay her or just my share??? Please help? very much appreciated...

On the FL-150 there is a space to list other people living with you and if they contribute to the houseold expenses, and if so how much. List the full amounts of your expenses and liabilities, i.e., if your boyfriend died what would you have to pay. Then put in what he contributes toward those expenses in the space provided.
