Legal Question in Family Law in California

as per court order, it says that both parents are responsible for paying half the cost o medical/ dentals bills. I've been out of work for 2 years, caring for my 3 kids under the age 6. My question is, can i go back to court, w/out attorney representation, and modify the medical/dental financial arrangements previously stated on the court order?

You can always go in and ask for a modification of custody and support orders as long as there is a "material change in circumstances" since the last order. You do not have to have an attorney. The Family Law Facilitator at your county's Superior Court can help guide you.
