Legal Question in Family Law in California

The ex and I have a current order for support and visitation in california, he has moved out of state, does the currrent order stand? Even if he isnt execersing current visititation order and time share?

Yes, until it is modified by the court it stands. Based on the situation, however, you should immediately apply for a modification to fit the current circumstances. Not only will that give both of you a clear understanding of what the new parenting and visitation arrangements will be, but it will also almost certainly increase your child support if you are the receiving parent, or decrease it if you are the paying parent.
