Legal Question in Family Law in California

the custodian parent is asking me for help in finding child care for our child. She has sole legal and physical and we never been married. can i use this matter as a ground to gain my 50-50 custody?

It really depends on why she has sole physical custody as to if it can help. If the reason is related to something like substance abuse than probably not unless you have been clean for a while. If the reason is related to something else like time availability then it may help you gain some of your custody time back. I suggest you consult with an attorney and be very specific as to why you lost physical custody, if indeed you lost time.
