Custody of children while still married

Can my wife (we are still married) move out of our house and take our kids with her (even though I do not want her too?

Yes she can. However, she cannot hide the children from you. The exception to this would be if this necessary for the safety of herself and the children.

No. That is against the law. In order to get your children back you need to have an ex prate hearing (which is an emergency hearing) and the judge will probably order that she give the children to you and he will grant you temporary custody.
