getting custody of my unborn child
My ex girlfriend is currently pregnate appox 7 months. I think the child is mine and am not sure as I recently found some info about her and another man. I would like to get a paternity test but she may not allow it. Also if the child turns out to be mine I want to file for primary custodial parent. She is not employed currently I am and I also have custody of my 3 children from a previous marriage. She is also living with her alcholoic father and has use marijuana while pregnate with her last child and she also was a ward of the court at one time... An suggestions

File a petition to establish paternity. The court will order a paternity test.
