my wife took my son to vargina and left him with her brother i have no idea how my son is doing i need to know how i can get custudy of ?

You need to file an action to seek custody.

You need to file a motion to get custody of your son. If no dissolution action has been filed you should file that action along with a motion. You should have an attorney to help you on this. There are many pitfalls. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
