I'm 15 years old and I have visitation
with my dad and mom. My mom has
80% custody and my dad has 20%
custody. I don't want to see my dad
anymore and I want my mom to
have full custody. How can I start
the process?

No you cannot only one of your parents can take that action. If abuse is the reason that you do not want visit your father then report the abuse to your mother and school counselor.
