Legal Question in Family Law in California

custody of 3 yr old girl

My husband and I are divorcing after 8 yrs of marriage. He wants two weeks out of every month with out 3 year old daughter as part of the custody arrangement. I do not agree..If I go to court what are my chances that he will not be granted what he wants by the courts.
