if my 9 yr old and 11yr old want to be with me,can i get physical custody over their mother??

It depends on a lot of factual information, but they are close to the age where the court is likely to consider their opinion. Ultimately the court will do what "is best" for your children.
If you would like to discuss this further my office has handled similar situations many times.
