date of seperation

After you file for Divorce when can you start dating without it being harmful to the divorce proceedings. Is it okay to from date of seperation or after the courts receive my filings? My date of seperation is 3/25/01. The courts will receive my paperwork by Aug 16th. for our divorce.

You can date during your honeymoon and it does not affect the divorce.

Matters such as dating are irrelevant to the dissolution proceeding itself. Of course, if spousal support or property division is an issue and you are all of the sudden spending lavish amounts of money on your current boyfriend/girlfriend, then your spouse may have something to say regarding your ability to pay support.
