My daughter was born this yr 2013 I have another daughter she's 9 her dad and I separated for a while thats when I came out pregnant with my second child I had no plans on telling the biological father of my second daughter because by that time I had gone back to my husband and he knew I was pregnant by someone else we were trying to make it workout so when my daughter was born this yr I put his name as the father on the birth certificate now we separated and I've kept contact with my second daughters father and he has asked me to plz put her his last name and him as the father on the birth certificate so my question is how can I do that or what do I have to do plz help

It takes a court order to change who the listed father is on a birth certificate. That requires a paternity action, and you may not like the results, because the court may find that your husband is the father of this child, and not biological father, due to application of legal policies.
