Legal Question in Family Law in California

My daughter was engaged to a young man and became pregnant 2 months before the scheduled ceremony, causing him to call off the wedding. Our granddaughter is now 5 years old, and the father has brought one after the other nuisance custody suits, always seeking sole legal and physical custody, and never winning. The last judge warned him to stop, but he has just sued again. He sent CPS out to the children's school and home last week and the worker found nothing at all amiss. My daughter has 3 other children in a stable relationship, a safe and beautiful home, and these constant suits are very disruptive to her family. Is there anything she can do to stop this guy? His mother and girlfried are always complicit in these actions.

You can try an action to get him declared a vexatious litigatant. He would then have to get court permission before filing any more actions.
