Legal Question in Family Law in California

My daughter and son n law were married in Prescott as. He resides in Rio rancho n.m. and my daughter is now a resident of Hawaii...My daughter wants to file for divorce they both have a 6 year old son together...How would she file? Under az..under n.m. or Hawaii...Thank you

That would depend on which spouse met the residency requirements, and which state has jurisdiction over the other spouse. For example, your daughter may meet the residency requirements for Hawaii, but your son in law may have never been to Hawaii, making personal jurisdiction over him suspect.
