Legal Question in Family Law in California

My daughter is about to turn 18 in two weeks and she wants to move in with me(her father). Can she do this with no agreement from the mother? Would child support defer to me?

Once she turns 18 your daughter can do whatever she wants. If she has graduated high school, though, child support will automatically end on her birthday. So there would be nothing to go to you.
