how can i get my daughter's mother's visitation stoped. she has spent vary little time with the child. all she wants to do is pop in and out after months to start trouble. my mother is finding out the information for me

Your daughter as a right to have a stable relationship with her mother. Best approach is to seek a parenting order requiring 24 hour notice( or more) by her of her intent to visit the child, parenting classes and supervised visitation if mothers behavior justifies it.
