Legal Question in Family Law in California

dissolution of marriage

My ex-husband and I are back together. If we live together, will this nullify the dissolution of marriage decree, which was issued 09-18-03. Or do we have to get married all over again?

If you have an ordered decree of divorce. You are divorced. There is no common law marriage in CA. You will have to remarry.
