Legal Question in Family Law in California

Dissolutionment of domestic partnership

My partner and I have settled our financial business and have gone our seperate ways. I am trying to get the dissolutionment completed. I have filed my paperwork with the courts and have sent her a summons and additional paperwork. If we have already settled our financial affairs is there a way to just file the paperwork without having the courts decide how things should be split up?
