Legal Question in Family Law in California

In a dissomaster for child support payments, I believe I'm allowed to put in the amount of health insurance for myself and my kids that gets taken out from my employment checks. If there is no health insurance amount taken out from my ex-wife's employment checks but from her new partner's employment checks, can she claim this amount or part of it for herself and our kids on a dissomaster?

No. First off, unless they are married, nothing about his finances can be included. Even if they are married, only her income is used to calculate the actual support (new partner's income is included but is only relevant to the taxation of her income in the formula) and therefore only deductions from HER pay can be included in the deductions section.
