Legal Question in Family Law in California

Divorce Agreemen t

My ex-wife and I divorced 9 years ago, and in the stipulation we put that I would pay 1/2 of their college expenses (we live in california). But once they turn 18 am I still legally required to that agreement, and could I be made to continue paying his college expenses once he is over 18?

Re: Divorce Agreemen t

If you agreed to pay 1/2 of the college expenses and that agreement was included in the judgment it can be enforced.

If your agreement was memorialized in the divorce judgment, then yes, you are obligated to pay.
