How can my Colombian fiancee get divorced while in Colombia? She was married in California and they moved back to Bogota. Now they want to divorce so she and I can marry. Does she have to go back to California?

She must go back to California or consult a California atty re the rules. If no children and no property there may be a shorter procedure. California has the jurisdiction.
