I went to divorce court back in 2010, but I accidentally never signed the divorce papers. It is now 2013 what should I do to finalize the divorce?

Find out if the case is still pending and submit corrected and properly signed papers. If the case has been dismissed, you will have to either set aside the dismissal or start over again.
