Legal Question in Family Law in California

Divorce

My divorce was filed Dec.14. 2007. I am also filing for child support. My husband incorporates members in his family, through these corporations he generates a lot of money. He makes about $600,000/yr. He employs himself by the corporation and has an income of about $400.00/mo on the books. How do I subpoena his bank accounts and Hotel accounts, to prove that he makes much more than what he claims to make?

Re: Divorce

You need to get an attorney. Otherwise, go to the law library to learn how to do this. Getting the information is only about 1/4 of the battle.
