If my divorce is final can my ex now come back and ask for alimony?

That depends on the terms of the divorce settlement and/or judgment. Usually in a settlement, jurisdiction is waived to award future support, but if that was not included in the settlement agreement or the case was tried to a judgment rather than settled, yes, theoretically a spouse could then go back and ask for alimony later.
