Legal Question in Family Law in California

The divorce was final 3 yrs ago, she received all my IRAs and my "whole" 401k and the family house (she wanted the divorce to go find herself). I also had to pay alimony which ended July 26th of this year. They are now getting around to moving the 401k into her name. It requires a Quadro. Her attorney(that sent me a letter 18 month ago saying she does not represent my ex any longer) called and said they made a mistake and didnt catch it in the divorce degree and would like me to split the costs. I said no. They threaten to take me to court to pay for it and attoney fees.. Can this happen or should I get an attorney
