How many years for a person that have been divorce consider legal and no more married

If you are asking how long it takes to get a divorce the answer is 6 months. That means that you can get the final paper that says you are divorced in that amount of time but many people take longer because they aren't ready to turn in the final paper for the judge to sign. You can turn in everything a few weeks early and the judge will review it and sign on the day after it has been 6 months since you served the other party. Don't assume you are divorced until you actually have the judgment signed by a judge.
