Legal Question in Family Law in California

Divorce/child custody

I am overwhelmed with the cost and paperwork involved in all of this? I would like to file for custody of my 2 year old daughter and would like to file for divorce but financially I cannot afford a lawyer. Any suggestions?

You may want to find a qualified Paralegal Assistant to assist you in filling out all of the required paperwork. This will be less costly that hiring an attorney. We offer paralegal support services to our self represented clients, and our paralegal assistants are attorney supervised.

For a specific opinion regarding your individual circumstances, I suggest that you consult with an experienced family law lawyer. Experience is not expensive, it's priceless!
