Divorce/Child Custody
Have been seperated from wife for awhile, in new serious relationship, started divorce proceedings. Can my new relationship in anyway adversly affect my ability to seek 50/50 custody of my children?

That depends upon how the new relationship affects the children. If it has an adverse affect, there could be problems. You may wish to seek family counseling to moniter the affect of a new significant other in the children's lives. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
