Emincipation of a Minor
I have an incourrigable 17 year old. He is consistantly
using drugs, running away from home and id abusive
and stealing from me and the rest of the family
members. I would lke to emancipate him. Is this
possible?

You cannot emancipate him. However, you can call the police and have him arrested for being under the influence, abuse and theft. You could also contact his school and investigate the possiblity of setting up an Individual Education Plan.
