evaluations on custody

At what age can a child testify or have his/her opinion recognized in a 730 evaluation on preference of which parent they want to live with permanently, if the current situation is joint custody?

child's opinion - 730 Eval.

Depends what you mean by "recognized." The evaluator will probably listen to and make note of the opinion expressed by any age child. But, the evaluator is not likely to give much weight to the opinion or a children much below the age of 12 or so.
