What event, filing for dissolution of marriage or serving the other party, triggers the six month period before a dissolution of marriage can be issued (assuming the judgment form and MSA are in order before the six month period has passed)?

Without looking it up to be sure, I'm 90% confident it is from date of service on the other party.
