Legal Question in Family Law in California
Ex-husband is trying to terminate my spousal support he claims I live fulltime with boyfriend and I don't. Judge ruled I was cohabiting previously which I was not and support was reduced to half. Returning to court this month.I feel he has been invading my privacy by questioning previous and present landlord. His attorney says it's investigating and I think it's harassment. Please adivse.

He has every right to investigate your living arrangements if you want to be able to keep using the power of the court to force him to give you his money. If you want privacy, don't ask the public court system to force other people to pay you money. When you do that, you give them the right to find out anything relevant to the issues before the court.
