Legal Question in Family Law in California

family law--California

my daughter's daughter was just

absent for over 5 months. we

orrigionally had court papers where

her visitation was for 16 hours.

before we left he had her 50/50

when he showed up. can we go back

to the orrigional court appointed

order? he hasn't taken anger

management which was on the last

court order. now he is back and

being ''crazy'' and demanding 50/50.

our mediator isn't helping right now

at all. we see her again tomorrow.

can i legally go back to the court

assigned paperwork schedule?

Re: family law--California

These cases are always difficult. Your best course of action would be to consult with an attorney. Bring with you the court order for visitation, a list of witnesses to his conduct etc. This will allow a more in depth analysis of your case.
